You must ensure you’ve arrived by 6:45pm in order to dine. Doors open at 6pm

Only guests who’ve booked and paid to dine may attend the evening event.

Parking:
There are limited meter parking and ‘pay & display’ spaces surrounding the Winter Gardens or there is a multi storey car park within the Houndshill Shopping Centre. Postcode for the multi storey: FY1 4NY (NB. closes at 11:30pm)

The Winter Gardens is set in the heart of Blackpool centre. Entrance for the Winter Gardens conference & exhibition centre is located on Leopold Grove. Postcode: FY1 4JR

Accommodation:
As the event is not being held within a hotel, it gives you the opportunity to book accommodation to your own means. Blackpool offers an array of overnight accommodation ranging from luxury and chain hotels to boutique guest houses.

Dietary:
We won’t be able to accommodate any special dietary requests which haven’t been submitted prior to the event, all specific requirements must be communicated via the booking form and by the deadline.
